3. Your Account

• You must authenticate via LinkedIn to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Content & Responsibility

All content generated by LarpedIn is AI-generated satire. You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for any content you choose to publish to LinkedIn or any other platform.
• Generated content may be humorous, exaggerated, or absurd by design.
• You should review all generated content before posting.
• LarpedIn is not liable for any consequences of content you publish.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or illegal.
• Impersonate other individuals with intent to deceive or harm.
• Spam or abuse the LinkedIn platform in violation of LinkedIn's terms.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service's algorithms or data.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier (Larp Lite) is available at no cost with limited features.
• Paid tiers (Larp Boss, Larp Maxxer) are billed monthly.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using the Service is yours to use. LarpedIn retains no ownership over generated posts. The LarpedIn brand, interface, and code remain the intellectual property of LarpedIn.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LarpedIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
